This is the most comprehensive book I have ever read regarding the importance of maintaining balance across all aspects of an organization's wheel. The case studies presented have made me realize that proper organizational management boils down to two things: strategy and execution. Most importantly, this book has helped me understand organizational performance measurement in a more logical and comprehensive way.
