Yayasan Pilar Bangsa Seimbang

Yayasan Pilar Bangsa Seimbang (PIBAS) is a leading non-profit organization fully committed to making a tangible contribution to Indonesia's progress. Guided by its grand vision, the foundation dedicates itself to raising awareness about the importance of a balanced life for all levels of society across various corners of the archipelago. In the long term, the measurable success achieved domestically is projected to be replicated in other countries with similar needs on a global scale.

In order to manifest this vision, Yayasan PIBAS carries out a strategic mission through an original, diagram-based concept known as "one-pillar-four-sides." The foundation actively disseminates various religiously neutral educational materials, guides, and tools to foster awareness of a balanced life within every individual, which includes aligning Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, and Physical aspects. The initial step and primary focus of this movement are specifically targeted at Indonesia's youth as the driving pillars of the future.

Vision

Be the leading non-profit association with concrete contribution to Indonesia, by raising awareness of balanced-life importance to all walks of life in the archipelago. In the long term, measurable success at home will be replicated to other nations with similar needs.

Mission

Through our proprietary diagram-based "one-pillar- four-sides" concept, we will disseminate tools and resources that are religion-neutral, to raise Balanced Life Awareness in Each Individual = Spiritually + Intellectually + Socially + Physically, starting from Indonesia's young generation.

Based on Tes Balpil™ from 58.325 respondents (July 2012 – May 2026).
96% responden: 17-35 years old.

C.S.R (Coaching, Sharing, Replicating)

Through an informal 100-questionnaire survey (online), taken by over 58,000 people, we received the following composite diagram, representing the life-balance profile of Indonesia's young generation (96% from 17-35 years age range). This diagram shows the urgent need to upgrade the intellectual capacity of Indonesia's next generation, to attain relative balance for a more resilient nation.

Through Yayasan Pibas, our CSR is translated into a concrete "coaching - sharing - replicating" program. This program is designed to mentor, share insights, and replicate balanced-life learning methods for the nation's future generations.

For every one corporate manager that PT Balpil Akademi Seimbang train, we are committed to host life-balance seminar for 3 individuals from Indonesia's young generation, through our non-profit Yayasan PIBAS.

Balanced Pillar Workshop

In alignment with our CSR activities (Coaching, Sharing, Replicating), we have also developed a training program for school children. Our first public camp was held on June 19–22, 2014, and was attended by 32 children aged 10–14 from various schools. During the 3-day program, participants were trained and assessed across all aspects of their balance profile, namely spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically. This activity was highly well-received by both the children and their parents.
